USER REPORT:

Bobby30412, has recently 'SCAMMED' me. He told me he would pay be back the €200. He has recently told me that he was bankrupt. I told him I would lend him some money, and he recovered from Bankruptcy and has not transferred the €200 back to my account.

Failed to follow the format in time, and for the sake of 200 InSim Euro (which you can earn in literally a few minutes), let's just put this one to bed.

No action has been taken for reasons described.
