Looking promising so far. An aspect I have a little concern with is the lack of ranks. As it stands, those who pass recruitment will become a member. Thereafter, they have nothing else to work towards, such as a promotion. This may encourage inactivity, or make members quite unproductive, due to the fact that any work they do, or their dedication to the team isn't being reflected in some shape or form. They aren't going to necessarily going to be promoted to founders ever because that would be incorrect (also making Connor's point valid).

A little feedback you may wish to consider.

True, very true. Possibly work towards something such as a 'Senior Member' or 'Supervisor' and maybe even an Assistant rank?

I have indeed thought about more ranks, but it's hard to find anything other than white or yellow that would match with pink/purple TV. Other than forum duties, it's hard to think of things that need doing that need a rank. I'm open to ideas Smile
