Description of incident :
12:10pm Qatar time
He was flying behind me and I moved to give way but he ended up hitting me and the car near me, I don't think he attempted to brake.
While I am typing up this report he is crashing a few other drivers and cruisers. Even interfering in chases. I will provide replay later.

Hi,
Yes, the ban Howlin put in place is for another situation. Not this one.
The user will receive a lengthy ban as he obviously does not care about his surroundings in our servers.
