This resulted in him going out of bounds. Description of incident (inc date & time): I told this user to shift p twice, called his name. I was using caps by accident because usually I capitalize the first letter of every sentence I write, I was typing too fast to actually remove the caps. I also told him "report". But didn't really mean it, I then wanted to speak to him, even an arabic. Still no response. Nothing works for him except a report, he's been here enough to know the rules. Also, I remember seeing this nickname on another user, possibly salom_bandr ? Thank you. KooKoo report - 3zo - Bez - 2015-10-08 10:26 This report is being looked into. Please be patient. After watching the replay this user clearly doesn't care about complying with our rules. He knew that he was gaining an advantage by going OOB and used this to escape from the chase. This user will receive a short ban. I can see that the accounts have already previously been linked so both accounts will have this ban applied to them. Action has been taken as described.
