It should be 'Licence Expired', 'license' is a verb whereas 'licence' is a noun.
For example:
http://insim.city-driving.co.uk/license.php?username=tjuxz

Probably better to link to the image itself before he renews his licences...

iirc license is aswell the american english version of the noun

Oh I see. I'd have thought the British English version would have been used given that in the rules 'colour' is used instead of 'color' on all occasions, for example.
