Description of incident (inc date & time):

I was in a friendly chase with Banana4Life and one other COP when this incident occurred late last night (GMT) - He had plenty of chances to move but didn't. I hope something can be done about this because as I'm sure you know it is incredibly frustrating and clearly not just a mistake.
