Check your emails for any changes and if there are some, use the Account Lock tool.
It'd be in your interests to read all the info on that page before doing anything.

If my experience is anything to go by, it's going to be a while until you can get any help, Steam Support is terrible I'm afraid to say lol.

RE: Help please? - SeanProdTV - 2016-04-12 11:38

thanks , but do you know if i can get the vac ban removed as it was not me? (alot of people are saying i can because they can hookup ips etc)

RE: Help please? - Dracula - 2016-04-12 11:45

I doubt they will reverse something such as a VAC ban, as I've heard they usually only do that if something on their side messes up.
They might argue it is your own fault due to a lack of account security or whatnot.

You could try asking them about it and give them evidence like your IP although my personal answer to your question would be no, I don't think you'll get to have it reversed, but the least you can do is give it a try.

I don't work for Valve however, so take my input with a grain of salt.

Reported. Smile

Download an antivirus and make sure that your computer is clean. Then try to figure out how the hacker got your password, perhaps you got tricked by logging in into other un-official steam page / trading / betting websites?

RE: Help please? - SeanProdTV - 2016-04-12 12:13

the thing is i dont do any of these O.o

REALLY STEAM?!

RE: Help please? - Dracula - 2016-04-13 02:02

Yes, they're going to be like that a lot, it's the exact thing I had to put up with.
Best way to go about it is just reaffirm what you're asking them, and keep trying.

RE: Help please? - Stephen - 2016-04-13 10:03

Valve only really remove VAC bans if it was a well known bug that has affected masses of people, they don't generally unban for anything other than that reason. VAC generally bans you by game engine though so if you get banned from a source game, you are banned for ALL source games.

RE: Help please? - SeanProdTV - 2016-04-13 15:35

Got my steam back -.-

RE: Help please? - Bez - 2016-04-13 15:36

Sean, VAC bans come in waves. It's very rare that you will get VAC banned on the spot.. They store the ban for a month or so then ban multiple accounts at the same time. So its more than likely you were caught cheating some time ago and they only just rolled out a ban for that month.

RE: Help please? - SeanProdTV - 2016-04-14 07:45

Really?

B4 i actually got hacked I had 4 hours on csgo on steam
After 10 hours and a vac ban and also want to note that it was over a week ago but I didn't realise it because I was into lfs and other stuff so no time to check steam

RE: Help please? - SeanProdTV - 2016-04-14 08:10

Not to add during those 4 hours I wasn't even 1/5 though level 1
