Main reason(s): Ramming / Using unnecesary force during chase Replay and/or screenshot link: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B76ZGcVLxc9HZ2drejRqN1NIYlk Replay timestamps: 1:29:05 Description of incident (inc date & time): It was today (28.08) about 11:45 (UK time). During chase he started driving around barrier, so I blocked his way to stop him doing it. His speed wasn't big when I done it, so he could without any problmes reverse or do a U-turn. But he dicided to hit me full throttle. As you can see in 1:29:39 I was trying to talk with him but he didn't want to do it. Status: Investigation Process.
