Description of incident (inc date & time): comes up on the on ramp to exit pitlane the wrong way hits me without saying sorry just pits right away

He was not ramming, however he did drive wrong way into pits which is not allowed. He also forgot to apologise for his action which is why he will receive a warning for his action(s).
