Description of incident (inc date & time): It was today (09.01) about 16:35 (UK time). In first timespamp I can understand it could have been accdent, but apology would be needed then. Next two were intentional ramms.

Seemed like it was intentional, all 3 times. There was no reason for him to go in that small parking spot in first place, even if he seemingly gave up. The other 2 rams were definitely intentional and will therefor grant the user a 5 day cooldown for his actions.
