Description of incident (inc date & time): 5:25 PM (+3:00 GMT) 13/2/2017
KooKoo comes up behind me and tell me to move twice, until i realize chat and start reversing wanting to go to the parking to my right. Until i realize its to far, so i decide to go around him to re-enter the RB, he then initiates a chase with me. (i think he sent the "!move" on "!local" so it doesnt appear in replay and nor does him fining me, idk why.)

I gave you a fine for illegal parking and after that when you were talking to me you only said "2/13/2017 7:59:53 PM : Lo°GOOMB : see u on forums".
You really didn't bother to talk this out.

This thread belongs to the refund requests area and not the user reporting, no violation was broken in this case. In addition, I see no necessity at all for this since this can be easily solved inside the game.

I'm not going to argue with you here. You might be right, i might not be right also goes vice versa. I just want an admins perspective on this.

Try dealing with issues in-game before making User Reports.
