- Reasons as to why you think you deserve a refund: You can see from the screenshot, it was just issued. This isn't illegal parking as it's off the road in a zone where people are allowed to.

It’s illegal to park:
- On the road, including curbs (except side roads)
- On grass
- On cross-hatched areas (except pits)
Just to add, he did ask me to move, but I wasn't looking at the window and it was only until he started chasing that I saw it, which then I still refused to move.
