Description of incident (inc date & time): The 1st offense of wrong way, I instructed Villian to head back and I would report him next time. The 2nd time he did it I never reported him nor said I would for that time, but I told him "last warning". He came back and we continued the chase, but then, he went wrong way for the last time. I told him "report" and he continued to lose the chase. I helped him out of the sand just after telling him what I planned to do and why I gave him a high fine. (P.S. The "Ram" and "Drifting the RB" things are just side notes if you wanted to take them into consideration for your choice of punishment.)

Yeah, clearly doesn't know the rules on the Autobahn and he's already had a kick from drifting the roundabout.
Due to his relatively clean history I will issue a confirmable warning for his actions, giving him pointers on the rules of wrongsiding on the AB, and that this will be his final warning for drifting the roundabout.
