41:46 : TS‡Tom[COP] ram face to face ( isnt on chase )
42:53 : TS‡Tom[COP] said "call backup"
43:02 : TS‡Tom[COP] joined on BLaCk

Sorry for the delay when dealing with this report.
So i have gone through the replay and i have noticed at first incident Joaco appeared to be distracted by something and started braking late resulting in a collision with your vehicle. Guessing some lag was involved it launched you into the barrier(s) and he did apologise afterwards.
DatBoiTom however did block you on purpose and while he did apologised he should have known better not to block suspects he is not chasing and for that he will receive a warning.
