Here is how i saw it happen... I was coming up on a slow moving car. He was in the right side of the lane almost standing still, so i thought id pass him on the left. When i got close he went over to the left side of the lane (to make a u-turn it looked like) so i hit him. the road was split by fender blocks so i couldnt avoid it. I do not feel i was the only to blame for the accident, but i did drive off without saying anything, i apologize for that and it will not happen again. The reason i ask for the unban is that i havent had time to play this game much lately and now i got myself banned all through my easter break.
