- Reasons as to why you think you deserve a refund: I think the fine I received was too high. I was fined 100 when I think a more reasonable fine would have been 60 as it was my first time committing the offence and I did not endanger anyone.

I agree with you. I don't see the reason for giving high fine here. I would go for 60€ fine.
