Well after many years, I've decided to visit TC servers once again. But there seems to be a problem.

Chuck, I need to use a VPN to overcome the TCP/UDP issue that I've had earlier. I connected through VPN to a server in Italy, but TC1 server refused connection.

What should I do?

Edit: I connected to a VPN in Germany using NordVPN client.
