Main reason(s): Ramming, Brake checking.

Replay timestamps:

Firstly i will start with the Brake Check:
17:56: Overtook Anas [TOW]
18:00: Maintains speed limit, When actually wiling to annoy Anas [TOW]
18:13 onwards: Here comes the brake check.

Secondly the ram happened with me:
20:30: I passed the line of the light right when it turned orange. He drifts and cause the accident showing in the replay timestamp.
Then he ran away like nothing happened. Also Joneski as shown in replay asked "What happened here" and (M) didn't give a damn.

Today 11-11-2017 | 5:00PM (UTC+3)

Just to inform, Anas is my brother, And when i was about to report "M", He informed me that he got brakechecked from "M" so i added it, As described above, To the report.
The problem is that he didn't give a damn about what he did. He did ram me before, But because i don't have evidence im not going to talk about it.
I asked him as in the end of the MPR for apology, He just remained driving like nothing happened.
And when i said I'm reporting you, He just said "wow"..

It barely disrupted the gameplay of Anas, although he shouldn't do it.. it could have been avoided by not tailgating and pressing his horn behind him, this is likely to aggravate him. Always try to give players some space if possible. It would have probably been resolved if Anas spoke to M. about it too.

Both of you were at fault in one way or another.

I won't be taking action for the following reasons:
  • The incidents were extremely minor.
  • The accident at the junction was avoidable.
  • The player you reported was communicating with you to some extent.
No action has been taken as explained
