Hello dear [TC] Admins

I decided to make a New FXO Police Skin.

Skin based on this Livery (Of course with few changes for TC)

Sorry for the delay. We agree that the blue used (along with the red) is too similar to that of an ambulance style vehicle. If the blue was darker, this will probably be OK.

Please advise whether you're happy to make these changes.
