The user i chased jumped over a fence what counts as stunting while chasing,i told the user to stop and not to do that but he just fleed from the chase.

Yeah that's definitely not allowed. I can also see that you tried to talk with him and made it perfectly clear to him before reporting, I appreciate that. Unfortunately rinsessa didn't really seem to care.
rinsessa has been banned for the aforementioned in the OP and poor conduct on the server.
