With the implementation of the race license scheme I think it would be good to also have specific times for public track days where race licenses are not required to use the circuit. Instead the driver pays a fee either per lap or for a specified amount of time (preferred). If they were to not come off the track after that time then the driver would get fined heavily. Also only road cars may be used so no GTR or NGT cars can be used.

I kinda prefer how it is now because:
- players are forced to R&U the track rules when getting their license
- paying an up front fee of 10k likely means they're not going to go on the track to mess around

Good point. Maybe a track day license they have to get which is valid for however many months/weeks?

Is not better to spend money for Racing license at all? It doesnt cost that much and its valid for a year. Better then buying "track day license" every month imho.

With the current Race License this would be a "shit-in-yo'-face" (soz for the harsh term) to whom bought the race license. Like, why pay 10k if then there would be f.e. an entry fee for 10€. It would be for 1 lap, but its still unfair.
Also its only 10k for a whole year. This ensures that the people who buy it (technically) know what they are getting access to, and by so they know what to do and what not to do inside the Race Track. Also you can enter and exit it at any moment, any time, whenever you want and whenever you feel to hotlap, meanwhile what you suggest would be limited to certain hours or lap(s). And also access to FXR, XRR, FZR, FBM, FOX, F08, BF1, Blackwood and Westhill racetracks. And maybe in a far far far far far far REAL FAR future, other tracks. I don't discard they might raise the price when new tracks are added to the license.
It's really easy to earn 10,000€ nowadays either way.
