Description of incident (inc Date & Time) I was driving along the road, and when I saw on the map that there was a car approaching, I went on my own side where the user was on my side. It turns out the user was in a chase and I can't remember if I saw any sirens on my screen or not, but anyway, he had a head on collision which I don't feel was my fault and his "apology" to me was "thanks" as if it were my fault. The following thing is nothing to do with me but I also think he forced a timeout to avoid being busted (?) but obviously the insim still busted him, he tried though.
Thanks for looking into the report, this case in particular annoyed me, I don't usually report people that much.

There is no way for me to know if he lagged out on purpouse or not so I'll let that be.
Due to previous ban of similar manner he will get a 7 days ban for hitting you wrongside without saying sorry.
