43Kadri breaks multiple server rules and thinks he has done nothing wrong.
I think 43Kadri is not aware of the rules. He said "e[cop]hysiology - you make it seem like cops have driving privileges or something" which makes me even more secure of my thoughts.

User CX883 will be banned for 120 days for ramming, ignoring siren & interfering with a chase.
