Logitech Profiler takes ages to load up - Chuck - 2012-05-04 17:51

I bet many of you have that problem, you click the Icon and its loading profiles for some minutes. Mine is usually stuck on "Left4Dead" .

However, I found the solution. When the profiler-mainwindow is finally loaded
-Go to Options -> Global Profiler Settings
- deactivate "Scan for new games on startup"

Thats it.

Just the annual bump. Bit overdue though.

Btw, do newer version still have the problem? Can someone confirm?

RE: Logitech Profiler takes ages to load up - KooKoo - 2015-07-13 06:03

Logitech g27 users.... Heheheh.

Do you know how to fix the FFB issue? Even though I don't use my g27 as much...

RE: Logitech Profiler takes ages to load up - Owl - 2015-07-13 06:22

FfB issue? Isn't that just a broken optical encode?

Mine doesn't take an age to load up, however I don't think I ever updated it on my Old PC. So when it came to downloading the one for my new PC I think it was updated unless scan games were switched off by default.

Oh thanks for bumping this. I've had this problem forever and never bothered looking for a solution. Smile

Only FFB issue I know is no FFB in LFS. Which is caused by overwolf. Disable overwolf at startup in MSconfig.
