Okay, thank you for your response.
The user under Mega Professional Drift will need to make the unban request. You may not request an unban for them. You are free to help them translate though. If Mega Professional Drift can not log in to the forum, use the reset password features. If that fails, have Mega Professional Drift make a new forum account and request the unban.
