Differences TOWs and RES/MEDs - Marty_Deslions - 2020-04-25 17:52

There are some differences, like the use of sirens.

But I just had an extra idea:

When there are multiple TOWs/MEDs/RESs online, the TOW could be more focussed on Towing (pushing) and the MEDs/RES more on responsing to emergencies.
For instance: A car has crashed badly on the autobahn. 2 Meds and 1 Tow respond. After the car has been winched, it cannot drive on its own to a safezone. The Tow pushes him ahead, the MEDs leave the scene, ready for a new emergency call.

And maybe add a "rule" that MEDs/RES may ONLY use siren when there is A: Danger on the road, and B: When there is a TOW/D call. So when there is just a TOW call without danger, they cannot use the siren.

I like to hear your thoughts about this.

I think now is fine.

The first TOW / MED / RES to reach the place of the call must do the entire rescue regardless of whether it is TOW or MED.

The purpose is to clear the road and help the driver as soon as possible.
