You did not bother communicating with him after he crashed you. I believe he was trying to pass and did not notice you were going to pull to the left. You could've ask him to apologize instead of reporting him without saying anything at all.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: You should always try talking to rule-breakers first. A lot of problems can be resolved by politely talking to people. With that being said, severe rule-breaks should still be reported after.

Nonetheless, mahmutylc will receive a confirmable-warning to remind him that he should apologize after crashing other players.
