Hello,

To clarify: the COP does not have to keep the way 'free' for you to get through. If you put yourself in a position where you cannot escape without the COP moving for you, that's your own mistake.

Nonetheless, pwaduser was doing a different thing here. He was actively trying to prevent you from escaping by pushing, touching and making contact before you failed to stop.

As per our rules:
Quote:5.3. Use of Force
Force may only be used if the suspect has failed to stop. The InSim will state when the suspect has failed to stop (after approx 45 seconds)

pwaduser has been fined €300 and given a confirmable-warning to remind him that COPs may only use force if the suspect has failed to stop.
5mbol has been refunded €300.
