- Reasons as to why you think you deserve a refund:
I was driving by the rules along the tunnel way, then I choosed to make a U turn. I pulled out from the main road and made the U turn where the absence of barrier allow it. With no traffic, just a cop waiting here. He fined my for wrong way but at no time have I been driving wrong way. Plus I doubt that a U-turn is prohibited at this location if there is no traffic in both way. later the cops failed to explain me how the fine was justified.
