User break the rule: 1.4. Leaving track limits
Not allowed in chases at all. "Hillclimbing" is considered to be beyond track limits.

- 46:18: niko goes off road.
- 47:12: niko jump from that hill. I have to follow him so as not to lose it..
- 47:17: PIT maneuver (declared as a ram by Joz in the main chat)
- 47:49: niko purposefully break the rule 1.4. and hillclimbing (maybe he dont know about that rule at all)
- 47:52: Im stuck on that hill and im loosing the suspect.
Personality I see that as taking unfair advantage.
- 48:05: niko crash or idk
- 48:51: niko says: if it was against the rules it would say return to chase area

This shows a report is required.

This report is not on my feelings. Im not mad on niko. Its just not fair and he is not agree with that.
