Remarks: Slightly worse than RB4, should be cheaper

Notes:
-Income supports decimal values!
-Referring to other cars is no problem if you don't know the number. i.e "same as FXO"
-Cars should at least been available for rent for a certain amount of time (e.g. 2 weeks)
before considered to be added for purchase.
