Slicks for UFR/XFR/Fraud ES2000 - Felipe Jardim - 2022-05-07 15:55

With crazy mods around, and the GTR's going back to full HP maybe we should get slicks in these cars again like we used to. I also think the Fraud ES2000 should be included (with a mandatory 10% res) as it provides similar performance and is a much better car with slicks, and a handful with roads.

Either allow the slicks for them, or stay with the street tires, but reduce drastically the price to 40.000€ to match the performance the XFR and UFR now have with street tires.

I never drove the ES2000 so can't tell for this car.

UFR and XFR w/ street tires = wheelspin and understeer galore!

Not sure about the ES2000 though...

ES2000 is a old Group 5 touring car, before Group A rules went into effect in the early 80's It's a race car with decent power and very little weight with no Aero, ABS or TC assists similar to the XFR/UFR. It's drivable on road tires but just as effective as the XFR/UFR on road tires. With a 10% restriction, it's on par with the 2 as far as performance and adds another option to the lower GTR class.

Definitely no. We don't need race cars on the roads. If it has too much power, then just add restriction to it.

i can understand the fraud, but XFR/UFR has too much power o_0? Then maybe their prices need to be readjusted so i can get some of that money back because no way in hell is my XFR worth 110k new without it's slicks.

Well that can be talked about.

It only seems fair, since the price reflected the performance. It must be difficult to retroactively fix prices and issue refunds based on the changes considering the different versions of the car and conditions between each players...maybe allow the UFR/XFR owners to sell their cars for full dealer price (as if it was a removed mod) then re-add them to the dealer with new re-adjusted prices?

Good idea Felipe
