Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): 56:40 the driver steers into our suspect causing a crash, can't tell if it is on purpose or not, but fails to apologyse. (Taking a further look into his attitude this might be on purpose)
Further on, he follows me while i am in chase, without caring and ends up ramming into me once again, which seems on porpuse. He now seems to apologyse but doesn't really seem to be honest as he didn't even care to slow down for sirens, nor brake to avoid a crash, and even steered into me.
If we keep watching the replay into the end, we can see him ramming a few other players without regard (59:05) and so on he kept after the replay ended.

It is clear this user has changed direction to hit the suspect head on, and then proceeded to follow the chase and then choosing to cut a corner to take you out from your rear left. Simply saying 'sorry' does not cut it here. Given this user's past history, they will receive a confirmable warning on this occasion.
