It was probably done with ND10 Filter on a Canon 5D MIII on F22 and probably at an exposure of 60 seconds. At this setting, the cumulative of all lights recorded by the camera makes the water splashing on the rocks looks like smoke. Amazing ha ? Iceland got pretty amazing nature that seems just like as well.
