Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):
- 17:20 user is ignoring sirens
- 17:45 user tried to block me from chasing suspect
- 17:53 user tried to pit manouver me when i went past him
- 18:30 user crashes into me at full speed
- 18:40 user blocks me from going past him and ends up crashing me out completely and makes me lose the chase.
- I asked him in chat why he crashed me and he said "Loyalty". After that he tried to claim that it was on accident and that it was my fault because I was in the middle of the road.

Hi,

Some pretty serious rule breaks from this user. He doesn't seem to play very much at all having a look at his activity record, and when he does very questionable things.

He will be given one final warning to improve by reading and understanding the rules and any further issues from him will result in a ban.
