Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):23:54 He hit me when I braked suddenly because he was too close to my bumper. Even though I told him about his mistake via the channel, he said things like "you can go to the forum and complain". He used sentences like (you can see the messages in the log records).

The timestamp you mentioned contains nothing that requires admin attention. You yourself brakechecked msT and blamed him for your own actions. You then proceeded to get furious over this matter and started insulting him in Turkish.
You also ran a red light and crashed into a chase before this incident.
