hello once again

im here because i got banned once again for money abuse? all i ever did was drift on the dirt tracks and adjusting for a better tune so it drifts better. thats all i did. if you have an explanation please i would like to read it.

Hello,

You were banned for money abuse for the 2nd time. A money abuse ban is when your account balance drops to -5,000€.

You repeatedly pitted outside safezone when you did not have free pit. This resulted in 7x 500 euro fines within 12 minutes. Apparently you did not see your money decreasing every time you did this, nor the messages that appeared in the chat every time.

I suppose you also didn't properly read the post in your initial unban request where everything was explained, including how to keep out of debt.

I hope this explanation clears things up for you.

Please Note: We will keep you banned for at least 30 days (from the time of the ban itself) since this is your 2nd money abuse ban. However, these cases will be looked into by CityDriving Management.

The chatlog shows that your tow charges were being shown to everyone. You were just oblivious to the chat, and your money draining.

I would recommend re-reading Petsu's post from your unban request for your first money abuse ban. The post even specifically references pitting outside a safezone, which is what caused your second ban. You agreed to everything, but it is now clear you did not understand.

You should really use this time to do some reading. Any user who accidentally receives a money ban (especially twice) absolutely needs to brush up on their knowledge of the game and the rules. This is for the protection of other players and the system itself.

yeah i admit i did not read the rules. i was under pressure because i was exited to get to the server and it did backfire. i will go read the rules now.

Hi Glenn,

The normal protocol is to keep the user banned for at least 30 days in the event of a second money-abuse ban.

However I think we'd be willing to unban you a lot sooner if you can give us some reassurance on how you will prevent this from happening again. If you want, you could write a few words explaining what you will do to stay out of debt, your plans when you rejoin, etc.

yes absolutely!

first of all, i will be extremely cautious about the money economy. i will be cautious to not spam pits, drive over the speed limit, constantly keep an eye on my money, and have a manual on standby at all times, so i can look something up and not mess up.

to stay out of debt, i will try to find good ways to make money like taxi work, parcel delivery and being a delivery driver. i was doing a lot of delivery driving to get me out of debt and it worked quite well. *got from -3600 to -1500 pretty quicly*
Driving was also a really good way to make money.

my plans when i will be rejoining, is to just go drive around carefully so i could be in a safer financial situation. after i have enough money, i will buy a parcel delivery box and a locator when possible.

Hello,

Having discussed your case internally, we have decided that you will be unbanned and revived on today. However, you first need to read and understand this post, and then make a reply confirming this.

"Revived" means your account balance will be set to -4,500€. This means you have to be extremely careful to not drop to a balance of -5,000€ again.

Please Note: This is especially important because any subsequent money abuse bans are very unlikely to be lifted.

You must read the server rules and server manual. This will help you keep out of debt. By re-joining the server after you're unbanned, you accept the content of those two documents and the content of this post.
