First of all, you did overtake the user in a dangerous spot, as there was oncoming traffic. The user you've reported also tried to overtake the user in front. He did apologize in-game about the incident and I did not see any effort from you to resolve this issue in-game. In the future please do confront the user involved in-game before reporting.
