at 01:47:15 the guy join the track
first crash @ 01:47:45, no sorry for the victim
second crash @ 01:48:25, no sorry for the victim
@ 01:48:45 ww at full speed, cop in chase in front, would he overtake?, we will never know it, he raid the bus station.
@ 01:49:27 he lose the next raid against the bus station.

The player in question is quite new to the server and likely doesn't know better. With that being said, he did apologize after hitting Lolita, as seen here:

Lolita didn't find his apology sufficient and demanded payment, after which the discussion happened. As we all know, you can't demand payment after a collision.

Due to him being as new as he is, a confirmable warning will be issued.
