Good Points:
You didn't do any excessive wrong way driving.
Some PIT's were well executed with the correct amount of force.

Improvements:
Remember to Brake after Pitting, so you don't accidently collide with the suspect.
Car control needs improvement, you lost control and crashed a few times.
Remember to be aware of any sudden turns the suspect may make.
Take your time when executing a to make sure you hit the rear tyre.
Familiarise yourself with the layouts so you can drive safely, and be cautious of upcoming corners to not accidently drive into the back of the suspect.
