- Reasons as to why you think you deserve a refund: there was people speaking turkish and i randomly said the ''amcik'' word which apparently i got fined for (it wasnt towards anyone). Though it isnt a swear word but just a vulgar word and it is said commonly on the server i think its not appropriate to punish me. I tried to talk to the admin who issued the fine but explanatation was not given. I think theres a big lack of consitency on this server where admins fine what they want and ignore the rest. This needs to be fixed.

There might be some inconsistencies with how fines are handled, but how about this:
- speak English in main chat
- use proper language at all times
Then you won't have to worry about being subjected to minor administrative inconsistencies?
Does that sound reasonable?

Yes i agree with you but then why not enforce a bit the rules instead of fining 1 person out of 10? then everyone will stop. Also the english part, all i said was 1 word, why dont we say the same to people saying ''siema'' or ''ar7b'' etc? its not english either.

I agree that a swear fine was not completely in line with internal policy. However, admins on occasion have issued significant fines (greatly exceeding 1000) to users who repeatedly prove incapable of following basic rules. Maybe we could look into this option for you instead?
Indeed, you did break at least a few rules with your message. The Turkish word you used in main chat translates to "pussy" which is improper language (vulgar, as you put it) and possibly insulting.

When a bunch of people are talking in non-English in public chat like you say, that's obviously not allowed - but do you think interjecting with "pussy" in their language is a wise thing to do, or not? Even if you see someone breaking the rules, that does not give you the green light to start doing the same (especially in a potentially worse way). The reasons for this should be clear. What's not clear is why you decided to do that in the first place. Possibly to stir trouble, possibly an attempt for attention or to be funny. Not sure.
Please use some common sense in future. Given your track record, you probably should.
