-35.32 : Here he pushes me against the wall, presses the gas pedal all the way down and gets under me. I can't move my car, we're in a chase here.

Description of your conversation with this user(s) about their conduct, including their reaction to your messages: At the end of the chase, I explained the rules to him via local chat, but it doesn't appear in MPR, I didn't get a response.

Hi vianschultz,

There's a few issues with your report I would like to ask you to fix:
  • Your Google Drive link is private - nobody other than you can access it.
    How to change it: (Click to View)
  • We need MPR timestamps and a description of the incident.
  • You removed one thing from the user report template:

    Does that mean you did not try talking to the rulebreaker before reporting?
  • You have not filled out the confirmation at the bottom of your post:

Hi,

Before moving to the action, I'd like to highlight some points.

vianschultz you failed to communicate properly before reporting, you are expected to talk with the rule-breakers before reporting them as stated by the manual. You also had an admin online, which could've been contacted in order to intervene. Be careful in the future. Regarding the action itself:

sensizim02 has been received a confirmable warning for excessive use of the force.
