Depends for what truck, i use RJL scania R with modifications such as RJL's own and LUX's accecories for RJL scania R, alot of nice stuff you can do..

If you like MANs (copyright MaxLowe for that joke), go for MADster's mods.
If you want a good looking Actros MP4, go for Davidzoli's one.
For a Scania, I recommand you RJL's ones, as they're working great and offer you good customisation.
