- Reasons as to why you think you deserve a refund:
Basically he was driving very slow, 5mph in a 60 mph road, so i overtake him and he charges me for dangerous driving - £100. He obviously needs to revisit the server and cop rules

Im not going to take any action on this, although generally speaking, the fine was more unfair than fair.

Both of your driving was provoking. He was provoking you to pass him and then sped up when you tried to pass. You also spent the time prior provoking the chase, and you did theoretically undertake him and clip his car (even though there is certainly blame on both sides).

It would be fairer and easier to leave this as it is, the fine is only £100 and no harm was done.
