Almost all set for my first ever outing in the new Micra, a 2 day, 60 car event where we start car 1 on saturday and car 9 on sunday! I don't know how or why.. but there we go haha..

Ready for this weekend, it has had a new rear beam, 2 new Lower arms, Janspeed 4-2-1 Manifold and full Tarmac adjustable suspension. Its also having Power Steering fitted, but hasnt been started yet. Hopefully it will be done by tomorrow night as we are leaving at 6am saturday morning!

Took her for a run on Monday, with only front tarmac suspension and manifold and it already felt so much better. Cannot wait to see what its like on saturday! Smile

I'm aure you'll find something around the area, normally hard to find until you know where to look or where to go etc Smile

We finished 21st/22nd out of 56 finishers, in the lowest powered car there. We had 2 spins and spent 1 of the 2 days playing about with the handbrake and even had the brake bias to the back wheels haha.

It was like driving on glass all weekend, very slippery. We fiddled about with the suspension and managed to get her to grip more by keeping the contact of the wheel on the ground more (stiffening her up) and also I had my first proper seat time since buying the car, so overall a brilliant weekend. Not a single thing went wrong with it at all Smile

Its currently a 1.0, but got a CGA3 engine which is a 1.4 Smile Going to be about 120bhp by the end once its built hopefully! better than the 60bhp I currently have haha

I'd be able to keep heal to tow with ya in my bunny as it sits right now, at about 85hp lol.

I just do track days at the local track, I may try some auto x over summer, but I really want to Hillclimb!

Well, not really MY ride, but I guess it goes in the same category as Zipppy's Bora.

My dads Octavia 2.0 TDI which I drive now and then, mostly to school. This picture is from my trip to Norway from last year. I'll be going to the same place in a few days. Smile

Our school has one of those cars. They're used in the driving lessons for normal car licence. Have driven it few times it's quite nice, it takes off fairly good and keeps a good speed up and yet uses hardly any fuel really. Almost half of what my baby does lol. Biggrin It's decent looking aswell. Skoda is a quality car Tongue

Shame it's dirty and looks even dirtier on the photos than it is and pretty much all of them are blurry and suck. I'm disappointed Sad
Need to retry eventually, but I don't think I'll do any better with my Digicam Tongue
