Spring clean. The paintjob is simply bad around the foglights and the wheel arch, and it has some minor dents all over the place but overall the paintjob is about 3,5/5. Which is not bad for a 25 year old car.

I'm getting some more parts sent to me soonish and I'm going to get a set of pretty interesting tires on Wednesday because I got a really killer offer on them... Summer is coming Smile

Edit:
It's very clear because of the horrible orange peel that the paintjob isn't factory, but atleast it reflects quite nicely and the water beading/sheeting is excellent.

Well, the CR-V's life was short and sweet. If I were to keep it, I would have to invest at least 1500$ in it to make it run well which was not something I wanted to. Instead, my beautiful girlfriend decided to buy a new car and give her old one to ME Biggrin

Okay, it's not a "MAN" car, it's not really pretty either but it runs like new. It barely has 172000km on it and it's a 1 owner car, the previous owner being her mom. She bought it new in 2000 and it has always been dealer kept. Aside from pretty obvious surface rust we have nothing to do on it. It may need a brake job later this year and i'm pretty sure the shocks are showing signs of usage.

For those wondering, it's a 2000 Toyota Echo. Some call them Toyota Vitz and Toyota Yaris depending on where you live.

I think the Vitz/Yaris were a different car, but still, congrats on the new-to-you car! Smile Those things last forever if you take care of them.

The hatch and the coupe are different cars, although share the same name I think depending on what part of the world you come from, they do use many of the same parts I've heard though, I'm pretty sure they both use the same silly centrer speedo/dash thing.

I'm pretty sure you'd like the see what my wife bought, yeah? Well here it is. Its a 2015 Honda Fit. Its the base model but dammmnnn its fully loaded. Full electrical, A/C, Heated seats, backup camera, etc...

While it is technically not my ride, i still own it because i'm paying 50% on it. Its a great car, will be perfect when our newborn comes in September Biggrin

As Toni said, its a stoneguard to prevent rock from hitting the hood and windshield.
