Some of you might still remember me, I left LFS a while ago, but I still visit the forums from time to time.

Most people will probably know me because of the Volvo I used to own, well here are some photos of the Peugeot 407 I bought in December last year Smile

As some might know, it's the 2.0l 4 cylinder with 140bhp.

It's still working??? Laugh

RE: Show us your ride - Cas - 2012-06-16 16:27

It's only done 76.431km now, 64.000+- km when I bought it in December last year. I expect it to work for a long time, lol..

SIERRA Heart Thumbup1

RE: Show us your ride - Roba - 2012-06-16 16:46

Hmm about the Sierra,

We had this "(P)(!)" light on all the time, since 2009 summer (pretty much exactly 3 years ago) so we thought it was the handbrake censor that was broken, and therefore the light was on. WELL, on Sunday, I looked the Manual which seemed to be very interesting after I found it under the back seats.
It told that the light is attached to handbrake, ABS and brake fluids. Well, handbrake was working, and the car has no ABS, so I opened the hood and saw it. The brake fluid container didn't have a drop in there Laugh Laugh Laugh

Well we added the brake fluid (0.5liters!) then, and after I washed it and moved it to new place (shadow), I slammed the brakes on ~20kph and the tires just sunk in the ground xD Very effective when compared to the last 3 years xD

'lo Cas, nice to see you again Smile

Every time i see a peugeot, it reminds me this:

Haha, Hey Priit,

Ye, I get what you mean - but I quite like the way it looks and it handles like a dream Tongue

You might want to try bleeding your brakes as well, since thereĀ“s guaranteed to be air in the system if you were running that low on fluid.

RE: Show us your ride - Vee - 2012-06-17 21:31

Or fix the reason why it's lost half a litre of brake fluid.. Unlikely to be just from the pads wearing down *_*

RE: Show us your ride - Audiojack - 2012-06-17 21:46

Or maybe something had been done to it before they bought it and the previous owner had forgotten to fill it up again. Laugh

Free Internet? In a Bus? Ohmy

RE: Show us your ride - Weelob - 2012-06-18 09:33

Yeah, almost all busses and trains have that in Copenhagen Smile

RE: Show us your ride - Roba - 2012-06-18 09:39

Well the Sierra is '89, if no owner ever fixed it, I'd say it's quite normal to loose brake fluid in 20 years xD
