We're being trained to professional truck or bus drivers Tongue That was from one day we were paracticing smaller machines. You can see older student reversing with the double trailer on the back.

Small update from ice racing taunus. Currently tuning is quite desent but not very good. Final run was best so far whit 320cc mains and 100cc air injectors, timing is ~25-30deg and boost 0.3 bars. Tuning continues in sunday if weather is goon and we have time to continue.


In this vid it running on 300cc injectors 150cc air injectors and timing ~15 degs.



Little incar vid from mornings tuning session. Tuning is still off because you can hear pops in exhaust, thats mainly because mixture and timing arent right.



Managed to get some vid from outside while friend runs it.

My new daily driver finally got it finished, just need to get a new white front bumper. Some lady didnt know how to stop reversing at the grocery store. You prolly cant notice it but I can.

Thanks stevo. Kenny dont do those cheap ass sleeves. Go onto ebay and buy a brand called rokkor or raceland. Or you can just go onto racelands website, but sometimes you can get them cheaper on ebay.

Yep its ford taunus whit 2.8l twin turbo granada engine.
Originally its naturally aspirated but we bolted 2 audi s4 turbos on it Biggrin
Tuning is difficult because it runs on pressure carb and distributor ignition. You have only 1 timing setting to do whole map so there will be some compromises Tongue
I know the basics of tuning so we are in safe are all the time.

Small tip for others about tuning a engine:
Rich mixture+little timing = Safe.
Too much timing= BOOM
Too lean mixture= BOOM
Too much timing+too lean mixture= Boom very fast Biggrin
If theres boost involved then its even faster boom...

Like your new ride boosted, how many jettas you have now? 10 , 20 or even more Biggrin
