Just few minutes ago, this guy was drifting on the highway, first thing that you can see he didn't take care about others cruisers.
Second thing, I was in chase against Unique and we came behind him and clearly failed to move or slow down for sirens. He lost control of his vehicle (after drifting while we were coming behind...) and at this time I tried to avoid him but couldn't.
Anyhow, he doesn't have to do what he did.

Just afterwards he reverses infront of my vehicle without an apology.

He'll receive a warning for causing accidents due to his incredibly neglegent driving, but mostly for disrespecting sirens.
He also failed to apologise until confronted.
