- 35:47 Kino breaks in order to avoid the UF1, He does hit him and does type !sorry and pays the driver of the UF1
- 35:56 DP arrives at the seen of the accident and Kino tries to back up to go the correct way down the road
- 36:05 DP drives forward blocking this ability to easily try and turn around or go the other way
- 36:45 while Kino is trying to move he pushes him back into the wall and attempts to fine Kino for illegal parking. Shortly after (while Kino was still trying to move) he started the chase and Kino run because he thought it was a unfair fine.

Feel free to watch on, but this is really all that's needed (imo) for the report.

Even while I am typing this report it would seam that he is following Kino.

RE: Report - [ER] ›DP‹ [COP] (danielp1997) - Josh - 2013-02-19 21:42

Looking now.

Ok,

I agree that an illegal parking fine was unfair and invalid. He hadn't parked and wasn't intending to remain there.

From Kino's point of view, he was clearly trying to move and was either using the wrong gear and/or stalling - preventing him from moving off. This may not have been obvious from Daniel's point of view.

However, by failing to pay the fine and run, he is then committing a separate offence - which he may then be fined for, regardless of why the chase was started.

Just as a good note: If you receive a fine you do not agree with, pay the fine, and make a refund request with a reply (like a report). Driving off and failing to stop then becomes a separate offence which you will be justifiably fined for.

No action will be taken here.

Josh.
